Privacy Policy
This policy explains what [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], operating as Logistics Singularity, collects through this website and the Operator Program, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Screener answers: your role, company type, delivery model, number of locations and the delivery tools you use.
- Contact details: your name and work email.
- Consent choices: which consent boxes you ticked, and when.
- Submission time, and whether our screening rules matched your answers to the current cohort.
- If you take part: your task responses, session recordings (only with consent) and the information our payout provider needs to pay you.
Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with your answers. We do not ask for, and ask you not to share, your employer's confidential information.
Why we collect it
- To decide whether the program is a fit for you, and to contact you about it.
- To run research sessions and pay you for tasks.
- To share research findings with the program's sponsor, a logistics technology company that will be identified to participants at the end of their engagement. Findings are shared in a way that does not identify you outside the research team unless you agree.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
- The sponsor of the research, for the purposes above.
- Service providers that help us run the program: hosting ([Railway]), scheduling ([Cal.com or Calendly]), video calls ([TOOL]) and payouts (Tremendous).
- Authorities, if required by law.
How long we keep it
- Screener answers for applicants who are not selected: up to [12 months], so we can reach out as the program grows, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Participant records and research notes: for the length of your engagement plus [12 months].
- Session recordings: up to [12 months].
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@logisticssingularity.com from the address you applied with. We will confirm and act on deletion requests within [30 days]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Security
We store data with reputable providers, limit access to the research team and use encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information as required by law.
