Participant Agreement

Draft version 0.1, prepared October 2026. Last updated: [DATE]

This agreement explains how the Operator Program works. It is written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us at hello@logisticssingularity.com before you take part.

The Operator Program is a paid research program. It is not a job, an offer of employment, or a contract for services beyond the individual tasks you choose to accept.

1. Who runs the program

The program is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] under the name Logistics Singularity. Research is conducted on behalf of a logistics technology company, which will be identified to participants at the end of their engagement. We keep the sponsor undisclosed during the program so that your feedback is not influenced by what you already know or think about any particular company.

2. Taking part is voluntary

3. Tasks and payment

4. Confidentiality of concepts

The ideas, designs and prototypes you see are early and unreleased. By taking part, you agree not to share, copy, screenshot or publish them, and not to discuss them with others, for [24 months] or until they are made public, whichever comes first. This does not limit you from using your own general knowledge and experience.

5. Recording, with consent

6. Your feedback

You agree that we and the sponsor may use the feedback and ideas you share to improve products, without further payment beyond the task fee. We will not attribute quotes to you by name outside the research team without your permission.

7. Your data

How we collect, use and delete your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Sponsor reveal

At the end of your engagement, we will tell you which company sponsored the research. If you would like to withdraw your data after learning who the sponsor is, you can ask us to delete it and we will.
